I ordered a pair of heels and when I received it I realized that it doesn't fit me so i thought to exchange it with a different size but my size was not available so the website showed that we will give you credit voucher as your size it out of stock I agreed and they picked up the item but now I see that they have shipped the smaller pair of heels which I of course don't need because my size is ** and I do not wish to have **
