JR soft solutions - Promised job service is not given

I was promised to place in one reputed MNC by this consultancy (not sure of the name). I paid ***** just because my friend got placed by them for a contract job. But they failed to place me as there were no openings or due to other reasons they might know. Now they are not responding to my calls or messages. It's been * months already. I really need help to get the money back.
