OnePlus - Promised Free Gift Scam

I purchased OnePlus Nord CE * on the day of launch. They had shown that Free OnePlus earbuds are given only for the purchase on **th of April. While adding it to the cart from the original website they had given two colour options for the earbuds. I had chosen gery. When I received the package there was no free earbuds in it. When I asked the customer care. They are saying that I have to add it manually again in the last page it seems. Why do the customer has to select it again in the last page when he has given the colour preference in the *st one. This is a cheap Marketing trick. Don't but it from them. I had to wait for the delivery for * days. They will make a fool out of you. Don't trust them.
