Honor India - Prolonged delay in repair of mobile phone under warranty

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the prolonged delay in the repair of my mobile phone, which was under warranty.
> This delay has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also led to considerable mental distress.
> Within six months of purchase, the phone display became faulty, and to make matters worse, the charger also stopped working. However, the Service Center asked me to send only one device for repair at a time (either the phone or charger).
> Eventually the phone was sent for repairs and i had no spare phone for use which severely impacted my daily activities and caused undue stress and frustration.
> While the phone was sent for repairs, multiple follow-up attempts were made with Honor Customer Service, Repair Center and Honor Area Manager for status and i never got a satisfactory response as the required part was unavailable with them to repair the phone resulting in significant delays.
> After repeated follow-ups with Honor Customer Service, Repair Center and Honor Area Manager over emails and calls, i was provided a replacement phone after ** days. (i.e. on **th Nov ****)
>During this period a complaint was also raised with Nation Consumer Helpline vide Grievance Number: *******. Reg Date: ****-**-** **:**:** which was Disposed Off due to lack of response from the Company.
