Santsu Innovation Pvt Ltd - Project training doesn t provide with in the specified time even after paying the complete fee

santsu Innovation pvt ltd has offering a online course in Data science with python for a fee of rs.***** for * months course only on weekday's with *-** mini beginner level projects, so i have joined on november **, **** by paying an advanced fee of amount rs.****, after * and half month of weekday's classes, from January they started asking another fee of rs.***** to provide additional real time industry project training (* real time industry projects)with working professional from the industry along with assured placement in Santsu Innovation Pvt Ltd with out any hidden rules or string attached. so I've paid a total of rs.***** (a total of rs.****+ rs.***** = rs.*****) after payment they have sent an offer letter to my email from their company, the problem here is they did not provide any real time industry project training and they just explained * mini projects that were available from internet repositories like kaggle and github and they does not provide any real time project training with working professional since march ,**** like as they said and collected an extra amount of. rs.***** , so i have asked for the refund on september *, **** and they behqaved very rudely and they said they won't provide refund to me, and they started acting like they will start the training within * days but i do not want to continue with them as they wasted already * months of my valuable time and i do not have trust on them to continue with them, please help me to get my refund.
