Flyweis Services Pvt Ltd - PROJECT NOT DELIVERED WITHIN TIMELINE PROMISED FOR 40 DAYS BUT AFTER 6 MONTHS MY PROJECT NOT COMPLET

Dear Sir/Mam,

With Reference to Mail Dated ** August **** That the company Agreed to Provide Classified Android Application.
As per Email Proposal Promised to Complete the project In ** Days.. And The Cost Of The project was Agreed For Rupees *****+GST.
It is Informed That I have paid Advance Amount Rupees *****/- on ** August **** And Balance Amount where paid on various date and final payment was made on *th of February ****
Total amount i have paid *****/- Rupees
As per Agreement work was to complete within ** Days from the Date of First Payment Where as Company Failed to complete the work till today.& Regards
In View of the Above, i want my return Total Amount of Rupees *****/- with appropriate Bank Interest as they killed my time and have taken all my money.
