It has been few days since my purchase and haven't received any update from them regarding the tracking of the product .
I have checked my records and confirmed that the payment of ₹[****.**] was successfully completed via Google Pay (Transaction ID: ************).
Despite my order being confirmed, I have received no tracking information, and my previous attempts to reach you via WhatsApp have gone unanswered

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
