*. Didn't communicate with the client regarding designs, colors, and shades in spite of informing on day *. The designer sends the design to * family member instead of communicating with the one in charge and causing miscommunication.
*. It was expected of the agency to call the client to office and properly discuss the budget, timeline, and pros and cons of ready-made vs labor work. The lack of clarity caused us over budget.
*. Over budget caused us mental stress and had to take an extra loan to finance the remaining work. The motive of the agency was to earn commission from the suppliers regardless of the client's budget.
*. The timeline kept delaying which affected the client mentally and financially, the client had to pay extra rent for the apartment they were staying at.
*. Hall TV unit and door design had to be designed by the client instead of the agency because they delivered absolutely terrible designs. The hall TV unit is not ** degrees and instead is tilted making it impossible to place anything over it and doesn't have a stand as shown in the design. The door design doesn't match per instructions.
*. Mandir's design was low quality and the client had to remake it from outside with extra charges and waste of time while doing so.
*. All room bedrest is designed and made by the client and separately arranged by *rd party supplier due to the agency's repeated negligence.
*. Curtain, dining, and sofa design selected by the client.
*. Due to a lack of budget, no accessories could be afforded and the designer didn't have to put any effort.
**. TV units in bedrooms are still not designed as per instructions and are looking very ugly.
**. Lot of wood material was returned back and the cost of transportation was wasted. Overestimate material caused the client loss of transportation charges.
**. Laborers made a complete mess in the washroom spitting gutka and the client had to clean it up. This was their responsibility.
**. Master bedroom wardrobe has a tilted and damaged handle looking very ugly.
**. Kitchen has had one damaged door since day *.
**. Lot of negligence in the work for which the designer had no clue and the client had to communicate with Mistry/labor who were rude and unprofessional with the client.
**. Several times rework and finishing touches had to be done. Mistry and the paint pop in charge behaved very rudely upon communication which affected the client mentally.
**. Master bedroom mirror work was pending for several months and had to be repeatedly done until correct, still the doors do not have sufficient screws. Negligence by Mistry.
**. Cracks on furniture and zero design after * months.
**. Cracks in various places on the wall, this was communicated and the client was promised to have it fixed but nobody showed up even after * months.
**. Designer never once showed up to the site to talk over everything and professionally handle all grievances and instead asks for money for the work he didn't deliver.
**. Two bedrooms do not have side tables as per the approved design and then he blames the client over budget.
**. Bedroom * wardrobe has marks left by paint thinner and lack of professionalism.
**. Washroom doors are difficult to open for senior citizens and the agency installed a door system with hydraulic This was done without the client's consent which has caused damage to funds and dissatisfaction.
**. Throughout the entire process the architect didn't maintain proper communication or travel of quality of work which could have avoided all the discrepancies the client had to face.
**. At a budget of almost ** lakhs, the Client could have received better and prompt work from other agencies.
**. Two of the Client's family members went through stress and health issues because of negligence at work.
**. * months after the site handover there are cracks in walls and furniture.
**. Upon complaining the agency asks for money which the client denied paying due to a lack of professionalism and the client has done most of the work by themselves after realizing professional negligence from the agency.
