Professional Courier Sompura Gate Branch - Professional Courier is charging more amount

This complaint is on Professional Courier, Sompura Gate Branch, Bangalore.
In this branch is collecting courier charges more than it is on paper/list officially mentioned. In my case we don't have any other branches near my home so i had to relay with this service only.
For each and every KG of weight this branch is collecting **/- extra.
Incident *: Officially for *KG Parcel it was mentioned as ***/- (official rate mentioned on paper) for AndhraPradesh state. But, this branch has collected ***/- (meansh **/- extra on each KG).
Incident *: For ***gms of parcel officially they need to charge ***/- for Hyderabad from Bangalore. But, i got charged ***/- for the same.

These are only * incident im mentioning here, i have faced every time i gave parcels to these guys. Till now i might have done around ** parcels in last *months.

If i asked why they are charging more, i got answers like they need to pay for courier booklets, other service charges like writing and collecting parcels from us. They in return say's they im not satisfied with their service, asking me to go to other main branch which is **Kms away from my place. So there will be charged as on paper.

I don't know where to post my complaint. Hope this will reach to right people to check this issue.
