I ordered a T-shirt from hypd store (brand-maniac). The product sent to me was of a larger size than what I had ordered. I tried to contact hypd store multiple times through email but there wasn't proper response from their side. There was no reply after the first mail.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
