Dear Team,
With disheartened feeling i am writing this mail.Due to unprofessional behaviour from glowroad and its team i am withdrawing my virtual shop on your marketplace. Being a honest seller i had uploaded my products on glowroad so that me and glowroad both can generate revenue.but after several reminders my products are still in QC pending status.
If such support i am getting then it would not be possible for me to work together.
* month before i had uploaded my products after ** days after my reminder i was assured by glowroad team that within **-** hrs my products will be listed.but only assurance no work done
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
