NB Healthcare Pvt LTD Mohali - Products not supplied

I ordered medicines worth Rs.*****/- from NB Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Mohali on */**/**** and made the payment through check on *th June ****. But as the despatch of medicines got delayed from the company I called them up and they said that they are in the process and assured me that they would despatch it at the earliest. When I did not recieve the medicines I again called the company and then they would not respond my phone calls and also my emails. I have send them repeated reminders but they do not show any concern. This way * months has completed. I have also informed the company that legal action will be taken against them. I also told them that if they are unable to supply the products then I asked them to return the money which was paid to them. But they don't seem to be bothered at all. Since the company did not supply the products I lost a contract worth Rs.* lacs from a semi govt organiation. I am just running a small medical shop and this was a big opportunity for me to establish myself. I am going through lot of stress and mental agony. I would be grateful if you would help me .
