I had booked the following items
*) Godrej Double Door Fridge- * unit - costing- *****/-
*) Whirlpool automatic washing machine-* Unit- costing- *****/-
*) cotton mattress- * unit- costing - ****/-
for door delivery from kota ( Rajasthan) to Najafgarh ( New Delhi) on dated **-**-**** the item came to me on dated **-**-**** but the items was in damaged condition and the packing was also opened.so i returned it back as i called the kota transport office he told that either you pay ****/- to driver or you will never get your products in future nor any payment for the same.( i had already given the total bilti charge at kota office and received the bilti from the office of paid payment).
Now the transporter is not receiving calls and my brother in law visited his office but he do not meet at his office. and i called from another number he picked and told you do what you want i will not give any product nor its payment and use to threaten that you do what u can and i know how to get rid off this problem.
and also me and my wife visited the delhi office who has brought my products there the owner and bis staff was drunken and giving abusing languages to me and also mis behaved with us.i called the kota person he told it's your problem either the person give your products or not or you give him *****/- and take your product.
kindly request you to take serious action against the transporter.
