GoProway - Products not delivered

I have ordered three items by remitting money through online on *th Jan **** and I got an email from Goproway immediately after making payment that my order is confirmed under Order No.****. As I didn't get the package till **th Jan'**, I tried to contact them through email; but it bounced as the email id was not found. There was no response in their toll-free number **** *** **** and ****.
