Streetstylestore.com - Products Not Delivered for 2 months

I had bought * pairs of earring from www.streetstylestore.com on **th December ****, today on **st February **** it has been ** days, about to me * months to my order and the product is still not shippied to me. On continuously reaching out to the team all they have to say is that the product has been marked urgent and will be shipped. I am in conversation with them since **th January **** & since a month they are asking me to wait for the products. I do not think they are at all taking this seriously. They are offering me a credit note which i will again have to use on their website and propably keep on waiting for that product too. I need my money refunded back to me or the products sent to me immediately.
