Have order a resonate UPS router on **th June and have been waiting since then for an update on the order. Have been after them for cancellation and refund for the last few weeks. They haven't even been refunding the amount which I assume should be a easy process.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
