Hi Voxya team,
I redeemed my points on Marriott Bonvoy on ** November for four different products.
Till date (** December), there is no update on all my four orders. It still shows only as "processing".
When I tried reaching out to customer care the first time, they shut me down saying that they dont see the order in the system. Second time when I pressurized saying that I will file a legal case, they mentioned that one of the four products is not in stock and the second product has been discontinued. They offered me a replacement product for the discontinued product, but again my orders are not progressing at all.
I have already reached out to Marriott executives on email and on LinkedIn, but they have not responded. On reaching their global CEO, I received an email from Corporate Office of Consumer Affairs yesterday, but no help has come as yet.
