Aiman filed complaint against FURLENCO on May 26, 2026
I subscribed to Furlenco's unlimited plan and was given a delivery date of Sunday. The delivery team called and kept assuring us they were close, giving us distance updates for hours, and then simply switched their phones off and never showed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, nothing. Today, Tuesday, a second delivery team was assigned. Same exact pattern: they told us they would arrive in * hours, then said ** minutes, then informed us they had gone for breakfast, and then stopped picking up entirely. Their phones are now switched off as well. Across two separate days, we have been made to wait for over * hours in total with zero delivery and zero accountability. At this point, nobody at Furlenco is reachable. Customer care calls are not being answered, emails have received no response, and callbacks that were promised have not come through. I have paid real money for this subscription and have received nothing except wasted time and complete radio silence from the company. I am seeking either an immediate confirmed delivery with a specific time commitment, or a full refund of the amount paid.
