Meesho - Products not delivered

I ordered ** Trendy Sarees for women through Meesho as a reseller on the **th of December ****. On **th December evening, I got one parcel from their courier team. Normally within the gap of *-* days materials are delivered. I also waited for that. When I approached them today for delivery of the material they are saying you have to complain within ** hours after delivery of the product. I was totally not aware of this policy. And now they are saying there is no chance to get it back.

Team, please help me to get out these issues and get my amount back with interest amount and the mental harassment. I ordered this product for a Christmas function to make the uniform for Karol singing. Now I have no words to my customer and I feel cheated from Meesho and mentally harassed a lot.
Team, please help me to resolve these issues and get back my money from them.
