Bhagyesh fashion - Products missing and refund issue

I orders * items.. But received * items only. So I thought to exchange and will get * items.. I returned *items and again I received * items only. So I raised refund. But refund received for * item only. I asked them and they said when you made exchange you have to mention all * items in quantity box. But I thought this box for missing quantity. So I mentioned there * . So they pickedup * items then delivered * items again when I raised refund I returned those * items.and received amount of *** for * item only. Now I don't have any product and I received * item refund. I lost * items money rs. ****.today I contact meesho customer care but there is no proper response
