Mongoose cart - Products is not same Very low quality Not worth to price

I have ordered one dress from Mongoose_cart at rs ****. They told me if product will not same we will return. When I get that product I seen the product is super low quality and not exactly same. I spent ****rs but product looking like ***rs.
The owner not accepting product is not same. And not giving reply. And refusing for refund
