Printspro(teesnation7) - Products delivered are not as specified and also less in numbers

I have placed an order with an Instagram page named "teesnation*" of * items via WhatsApp (**********) out of which only * items are delivered which do not meet the specification. I received parcel today on **/**/** at * pm and calling them since then but they are not picking up call. I called them at least ** times on the normal call, *-* times on WhatsApp and also write them on Instagram but no response. I received the parcel from " Printspro" and address on the parcel is
E-*/** *nd Floor, Sector ** Rohini, New Delhi, Near Bansal Bhawan, Northwest, New Delhi-****** Mobile no ********** ( I called this no also but it doesn't exist).
I also recorded video while opening the courier( received through Bluedart) and sent on their WhatsApp number still no response. Here I attached a photo of what I received (on left) and what I have ordered (on right).
