I’m writing to report ongoing charging issues with the Boat Energyshroom PB*** (**.*W) under warranty ticket ********, purchased via Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************). The first unit stopped working within ** days and was not charging any device. I raised a complaint, and after around * days (pickup + delivery), a replacement unit was sent. I fully charged the replacement yesterday — all * indicator lights were glowing. However, today I observed the following: Moto G** Power (**W) charged only *% in * hour using its original Moto cable. Redmi ** *G (**.*W) charged just *% in * hour, tested with both the Boat A*** and default Mi cable. A third phone didn’t charge at all even after ** minutes. The green fast-charging light and the rest led lights in white was glowing throughout, and I also tested both USB-A output ports, but the charging remained extremely slow across all devices. I’ve used powerbanks (including Xiaomi) for over * years and never faced such issues. This product hasn't even completed one month of use, yet I’m unable to rely on it. Kindly look into the matter and advise on the next steps, as this level of performance is unacceptable for a newly replaced unit. Again new ticket ******** is raised fo replacement and no refund is promised as per cs team, no escalation, no grievance desk
