I Ordered from Shirt combo " Combo of * Slim Fit Designing Shirts for Men × *" vide my order no. *********** Dated **.**.**** but you delivered "fashionable Simple Wear Tailored Fit Solid Casual * Shirts for Men"by ECOM Express vide AWB NO. ********** dated **.**.**** & Your Invoice No. ***********.
After so many mails i sent to them, they replied "Thanks for contacting to us. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We are pleased to inform you that we have already forwarded your issue to our seller for further investigate. When your request will approve we will intimate you through this trail mail."
Please solve this issue.I Attached what i received.

What I ordered was different & what I received was different.... the delivery boy just took the money & ran off... I will sue them to court if i dont receive a call from them today
I need to return the shirts and money to be refund by the seller. I am requesting you to collect it back.
