Surya Food in - Product was never delivered

I ordered signature combo pack Rs ***/- from Surya food.in and registered my email on **th of March **** The website advertised that it would initiate delivery within ** hrs from the date of order so I paid the amount ***/- via HDFC UPI and payee name appeared as Irfan Rajjak Surya and since then iam waiting for the shipment; the product hasn't been shipped till today
Two or three days later after order placement I got worried and tried to contact through WhatsApp given in the website but it responded only one time "Hi yes order confirm" that's all! From that time onwards I contacted many a time from time to time but no response but status is showing someone is recieving message at the receiver end but still then the person is ignoring it...so I came to know that I have been decieved, faked n frauded and the interesting thing is when I tried to login with my email id on *th May **** I previously registered during purchase, it says username or email id is not in their database...that means they have erased it from their database too...
