Hindware company/kitchen chimney - Product stopped working within 4 days of installation

We had purchased a chimney on **th of June which got delivered on **rd June. After following up with them for ***times they did the installation on **th June. On *th July chimney stopped working. We filed complaint with them on their app as well as sent mails to them many times. Called them **** times but still no one came to repair the chimney. I have a small kid at home and chimney is very essential item for home for cooking. We had explained them these details many times but still they did not resolve the issue. Filed complaint with national consumer forum, they sent mail to company, we sent mails to company but still no resolution. Because of chimney npot working.. my baby chokes everyday with the smell, our entire kitchen has become oily.. we have gone through a lot of mental pressure and mental harrasment. Now we need the refund along with huge compensation for this kind of behaviour from a reputed company like this. Such a fake company.
