Meesho - Product still not picked up it s been more than a week

It's been more than a week, that I had asked for return for my product, I had called meesho customer care *-* times and those executive fooled me saying don't worry your complaint has been raised and taken care at priority and you will not be required to call us anymore as we will surely resolve. Now when am seeing in the app it says product return has been cancelled as per your request. Why on earth i will cancel the return when I have been writing them email everyday to arrange for pick up
