DCGpac - Product still not delivered

I placed an order on *th dec and DCG said they have shipped it on *th Dec, I live approx * hours away from gurugram, It is now **th dec and my order hasn't been delivered yet. The estimated delivery date just keeps on increasing and I contacted customer support multiple times but no help was provided.
The order has mailer boxes for my business and my business has suffered a lot due to the non delivery of the product.
