Hi Team,
Catalog ID: ******** was approved by QC team of Meesho on **th September. * products were listed in one catalog. There is an option in listing price and copy pasting the same price of all listings in one catalog which was done by me. The QC team approved the price as Rs.*** for * listings and Rs.* for * listing of the same catalog. On Oct'****, I have received ** orders of listing with Rs.* mentioned in the selling price.
I had created a ticket by then to cancel the orders or provide a solution, Ticket ID: ********.
The team has asked me to dispatch the orders and said "once the return period will be over then kindly reach out to us with the details so that we can check that how price got changed and what next step can be taken".
Post this I have been calling and raising tickets but not even * rupee is refunded back to me. The team constantly asked me to change the format of the excel and assured me the refund on calls. This is a ridiculous experience for people like me who has invested so much money and time to scale up the business and face loss due to lack of company's ethics.
