Emartmania - Product shown On the website images didn t match the actual product received

My mother placed an order from emartmania.com and the product she ordered didn’t match the product we received. She placed an order for Wok, and we received a normal cooking pan instead for ****/- INR.
I’ve emailed them thrice, but they never reply back. They don’t even have a proper Customer Service number to reach them out.
