Drapino - Product shown in the website is not the one that they deliver to me

I have placed an order from the website called drapino . The product they have showed in the website is different and the one they have sent me is different. So I ask them fro a refund and they said they would but the quality of the products they have been sent is so bad that I don’t want to buy anything from them
Please kindly help me with the issue Ijust need my money back I don’t want to buy anything from them please kindly help me please
