Reliance Resq Service Centre - Product service issue

when we bough the aqua guard from reliance digital **th June,****. also acquire the extended warranty resq care for * years (*+*(standard warranty))by paying additional money around **K. they said, they will take care of any repair or change of the components . this year i raise yearly maintenance on **th June, and waiting for their service till today (**th July) i keep on calling them almost every day to their customer case but no resolution provided so far. no updates in app also. my water filter is already stop working last *days and i am buying water outside and same informed to them. i really fed up them by calling following up it . i am helpless as no other escalation matrix available wither their website or app . please help in this regard
