i had puchased boat airdopes on *rd September ****. left side earburd not working after * month. the brand claim * year warranty on manufacturing defect. my issue is exactly manufacturing defect but the brand not providing repair or replacement service. my product has no any physical dmage during product hand over but they ask about physical damage. they are deny to service which is against of warranty t & c.
