Blue bird water purifier company - Product service demonstration not providing

I have bought a water softner for *****,I have contacted them online they came to house for product demo . I have ordered and installed which was also delayed service still I was patient. After one month they are supposed to visit for free demo regarding regeneration of resin without which softner is mere waste. I have launched request for service demo, they have provided the service person details but no one e is turning out.They are not even responding to my phone. Nor the marketing executive who has come for product demo nor the service persons are responding . I have no audio or video evidences but the only evidence that I have is message received from them regarding request launch
