Dear Team,
I purchased a racing car toy from the Hamleys store at Lucknow Airport on November **, ****. Unfortunately, the product was defective and did not work at all. I visited the Hamleys store at Bangalore Indiranagar on November **, ****, where the team kindly replaced it with a new piece. However, the replacement also stopped functioning within ** minutes.
On November **, ****, I returned to the Indiranagar store once again, and the staff replaced the toy with a different brand. Unfortunately, this new product also malfunctioned in under ** minutes.
I am disappointed with the quality of the products and the inconvenience caused. I have already had to visit the store twice, spending both time and money, with no satisfactory resolution. I kindly request a complete refund for the defective products, along with reimbursement for my travel expenses incurred during these visits.
