Vihaan Direct Selling (INDIA) Private Limited - Product returned but refund not received

I applied for refund of Rs ****** in the month of Feb **** dated *th, and after many followups I delivered the product by July **** and I also received confirmation from courier co. In the same month product is received by them and I also paid Rs ***** as a courior charges for the product.
After wards in the month of October **** I received a mail from the co. That amount going to be credited in my account by ** th October ****.
But till now dated ** th May **** I haven't received my money back .
Please instruct what I have to do now?
