Www mrfit com - Product returned but refund is not credited

I have ordered the resistance band set from www.mrfit.com website. The delivered was very cheap quality so I decided to return the product but company is not responding to my complaint. Then I did complaint in National Consumer Helpline. After few days company mailed me about accepting the product return. So I returned the product but It's been more than ** days but refund is not credited.
