Meesho - Product return issue with no refund

i had ordered a product from meesho . On ** Oct **** the product got delivered . A totally wrong product was delivered i had raised the return request on the same day . i have been taking multiple follows and even i had raised complaints but all the time the return was getting cancelled. Now i am not in a position to reinitiate the return request since it has reached the maximum limit . i have been taking multiple follows but there is no resolution from the customer service team . neither any actions are been taken on the courier services. They are neither return the refund nor picking up the product.
