BLINKIT - PRODUCT RETURN ISSUE

Formal Complaint Regarding Order No. ORD*********

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an issue with my recent purchase of a Nuuk smoothie blender from Blinkit, with the order number ORD*********, placed on May **, ****.

The primary reason for selecting this specific blender was low noise through online videos which they have featured , which I believed would be suitable for my situation as I have a newborn and am in my pregnancy phase. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I found it to be as noisy as my previous blender, rendering it unsuitable for my needs.

I submitted a request to return the blender, but I have been directed to contact the manufacturer for a replacement rather than being provided with assistance for a return and refund. It is important to note that there was no indication during the ordering process that this item would only qualify for replacement, with no option for return stated.

Given that this blender was priced at ****, I feel it is unreasonable for me to bear the cost of a product that does not meet my requirements. I would like to formally file a consumer complaint against both Blinkit and Nuuk for the distress this situation has caused during my pregnancy. As a customer, I placed my trust in your platform, expecting a reasonable return policy, which should have been communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
