https://peachmode.com - Product return and refund issue

My wife had recently purchased a sarry depending upon the description on website about the fabric, Georgette saree but the actual product is made up of different fabric.So when i called the customer care for return ,a lady from the coustmer care of the company told that this wont be possible , but in their website its written in bold that EASY Return policy.
Although its a very less amount but hard earned and i cannot waste it due to false commitment of the website.
kindly help to get this resolved.
