I have purchased an Liveguard battery on **.**.****, Battery Model No.IT ****TTN **V ***AH, Serial No.GA**JIUEF*****CE, which came with a **-month warranty. The battery has been in use for approximately ** months. During this period, the battery has required servicing on three separate occasions due to defects, each time without a charger. Currently, it is undergoing its fourth service for the same issue.
Given the recurring defects and the battery's consistent failure to perform as expected within the warranty period, no longer wishes to use this battery. I requested a replacement battery from your service center, but this request has been refused, with the explanation that only charging the existing battery is possible.
