Oplore - Product replacement refund issue

I have ordered a mobile case on **th Nov **** and the same was delivered to me on **th Nov ****. I inserted my cell phone into the case, but i couldn't connect my earphone as the case hole to use earphone was too small. Hence i initiated for the refund/replacement.
One week later on **th Nov **** the product was picked any took for the quality check.
Again a week later on *th Dec **** i received an acknowledge that they have received the product, and on the same day they replied that this request cannot be approved as the product was used. And also to send back the product they are asking for the Rs *** delivery charges.

Really they are harassing the customer and looting the money.
