Vootbuy - product replacement

I got a product on ** Aug **** from vootbuy.. But the product as shown in photo was not even close to what I received... the border was fully washed out and** Aug the quality of the product was very bad ... I messaged them and emailed there support on the same date ** Aug ****... After * days also I didn't receive any reply... I even called many times but they are not responding correctly... They are saying that we should ship the product with our own money .. in their profile it was clearly mentioned that it's their responsibility for shipping... Even I asked if I make the parcel ship will they provide refund of that shipping charges they are telling we will update from past *- * days.. I need help please help me get my refund or help me with product replacement..
