Fashion Hub - product refuse to return n refund

I had ordered one chickenkari dress from fashion hub user name (fa.shionhub****). befpre order i already confirm return policy and he was agree on that. when i receiced product. it was not chickenkari product also not my size. so i ask them for return. thay just avoiding me from * weeks saying only they are looking into it. when i ask them finally then he refuses for return and being very arrogant like jo pic me material he wahi he, return nahi ho ga. jo tha yahi tha, aapki pasand every min change ho jayegi. when i had ordered only one dress which is totally different material than i ordered. and he is saying aapko kuch pasand nahi aa raha. even when i was not interested to order any other. i had paid him **** cod. o want return. and refund my money.
