I'm a student I ordered a arduino uno from a website quardz components I received it and tested it if it worked I plugged it in my laptop and it didn't work
I messaged them on the given number and they ignored it (+** ***** *****,+** *** *** ****) both the numbers don't work I want to return the package and get my refund, I also placed an email but they ignored it again, this company is a total scam please help me with my refund I'm a student, my contact details are ********** this company is located in
