We have ordered a product on cash on delivery the product shown in the site is so good. The supplier just cheated as the product received is of worst quality that is of poor quality it's not a saree but looks like a bedsheet.
When we asked for a refund they just denied and told that we can settle the amount on your next purchases. As we courier the product back they are saying we have not received your product. As we have received a confirmation from them that the product has been received. We are not getting a refund nor the fresh ordered product is delivering. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
