Cetaphil - Product Quality

I ordered Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, Cetaphil DAM Moisturizer, and Cetaphil Brightening Serum yesterday. I used all three products in the evening, and soon after application, I started experiencing itching that continued throughout the night. Small red bumps appeared on both of my cheeks.

By this morning, my cheeks were covered with red patches. I am attaching my order summary below for your reference.

This is not just about the money—it is about the condition of my skin. This experience has been very disappointing. I also feel that many of the videos promoting these products online seem misleading, making it difficult to trust both the reviews and the products themselves.

Overall, it has been a waste of time and money, and more importantly, it has caused harm to my skin..
