I have purchased * washroom seats in **th and **th January **** from Roorkee Jaquar Authorized Showroom, it got damaged within * month, they told us verbally about the product quality and warranty for ** years during purchase, have raised multiple complaint in Jaquar company as well as Showroom but no solution and they are saying that no warranty for breakage even if seat is damaged automatically without any external damage
