I requested them for return but there was no reply from the owner. I got the customer help line from the google and rang them up. They told they'll take the package after one day and the amount paid will be returned back only via GooglePay or PhonePe. I gave my mobile number to transfer money via GooglePay. They told that I'll receive one SMS, which I must forward it to another mobile number. Something went wrong. I didn't get my money and the same person is not answering my call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
