HITACHI A.C - Product purchased but service not provide within a warranty

I registered a complaint on call centre on *-**-**** req. ***********. Before that, I call them so many times in the call centre. They are saying just our services provider call you. The air conditioner is working as a cooler it's a noise like the cooler. No cooling even keep it ** or ** degrees. I am mentally frustrated with this and their services. After registration of complaint, they did not respond. Even they do not take an appointment.
I have a problem with cooling it doesn't affect cool and too much noise indoor. Today I call one more time they will not respond. But I don't have any hope. Please kindly take my request.
